Welcome to EverBody. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of everbodyco.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, sizing, and colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, costs, and our return/exchange policy are detailed in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy — please review them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to those terms as well.
